Peanut Butter Banana Smoothies

Peanut butter banana smoothie will provide nutrients as well as tasty flavor to prepare. Your kids will love it and having favorite dessert.



  1. 1-1/4 cups vanilla soy milk
  2. ¼ cup silken soft tofu, drained and crumbled
  3. 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  4. 2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ
  5. 1 tablespoon brown sugar pinch salt
  6. 2 medium ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  7. 4 ice cubes

Preparation Method

  • In a blender, combine the first six ingredients
  • Cover and process until blended
  • Add bananas and ice cubes
  • Cover and process until blended
  • Pour into chilled glasses
  • Then serve immediately


Traditionally, a pinch is thought to be the amount of a dry ingredient that can be held between your thumb and forefinger that measure somewhere between 1/16 and a scant 1/8 teaspoon.
