Two delicious carrot soups for every day use:

Soup 1 Carrot soup with sausages

This soup serves 4. The time for its preparation is about 45- 50 minutes.

Ingredients:

1 kg carrots

400 gr cauliflower

4 spoons butter

300 gr peas

chicken bouillon

salt to taste

pepper

4 small sausages

parsley

Method of preparation:

Clean the carrots well and wash them. After that cut them in slices 1 cm thick. Clean the cauliflower

and wash it. Divide it itno pieces. Wash the peas well. In a pot pour the chicken bouillon and add the carrots, the peas and the cauliflower. Boil 20 minutes and add salt to taste. Then add the butter and boil 10 minutes. After that you can add the sausages cut into pieces. 5 minutes later sprinkle the previously chopped parsley. Serve with croutons. Enjoy the soup!

Soup 2 Carrot soup with milk-cold soup

The soup serves 4 and its time for preparation is 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

500 gr carrots

1 onion

2 spoons oil

1 tea spoon sugar

200 ml bouillon

500ml yoghurt

150 ml milk

salt to taste

parsley

Method of preparation:

Clean the carrots and the onion and wash them. Chop these ingredients finely. Add some salt to tatse and fry them into a warm oil for 5 minutes. Add the sugar. After 3-4 minutes add the bouillon and boil for 15 minutes. Leave for cooling and then add the yoghurt mixed with the milk. Sprinkle the chopped parsley and enjoy!
