Things You’ll Need:
- 1 Small Bowl
- 4 tblsp Butter or (Margarine/Butter Substitute)
- 1 Clove Minced Garlic (Or cheat like me and get the pre-minced, 1 tsp)
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder (more or less to your heat likes)
Get all the ingredients out, the bowl, garlic, butter, and chili powder. You will want to make sure butter is “creamy”.
Note: Emphasis is placed on grilled foods, however this is a tasty spread on home cooking too!
If hard stick butter a few moments in microwave will help to soften it, but you want it still in cream form so it still holds shape, cool to touch.
Take the garlic and mince it,if it is already minced, then you are ready to place the butter in the small bowl and add the garlic and chili powder. (I hope you have the grill ready and veggies grilling!)
Mix the ingredients together.
You are ready to place this killer grillin’ butter on the foods you love.
