Wash chicken properly and marinate it with butter, ginger garlic paste, pepper, salt, cinnamon powder, cloves powder, and cardamom powder. Mix it well and leave it in refrigerator for about 1-2 hours. Take a pan and pour sufficient oil and add neatly chopped onions. Allow the onions to turn golden brown. Now add chicken pieces and cook on high flame for about 6-8 minutes turning it thoroughly with a wooden spatula. Take care that it should not be over burnt. Now add 1-2 cups of water to the chicken. Mix it well and cover it with a lid. Allow it to cook for 10-15 minutes on medium flame. Check whether chicken is completely tender and cooked. Turnoff the heat and garnish it with coriander leaves and mint leaves. Serve hot.
Simple Potato fry
Wash potatoes well and peel off the skin very neat. Wash peeled potatoes once again. Take a chopping board and chop the potatoes to half-inch size or very small bits. Chop onions and green chillies into bits size. Take a pan and add sufficient oil. Once the oil is hot, first add onions, green chilles and allow it cook. Once onions are golden brown, add chopped potatoes. Reduce the flame and turn it around with a wooden spatula. After 1 or 2 minutes, add red chilli powder or pepper powder, salt. Turn it around once again. Mix it well. Once you feel that potatoes are cooked and tender. Turn off the flame. Pour 1 or 2 tsp of tomato sauce and garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
