Corned Beef n Rice Recipe

In a rush, need a quick and simple dinner that tastes good too?  Then this simple recipe is for you, and it is really a super cheap dinner to make.  You only need 3 items. A can of corned beef, a can of cream of mushroom, and some minute rice. I usually have just this, but you can always add a nice veggie side dish to go along with it.

Shopping List:
1 Can of corn beef
1 Can of Cream of Mushroom
1 Box of Minute Rice

Prep Time: 2 minutes to open cans and measure rice
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 to 15 minutes

First: get 1 or 2 cups of Minute rice in a pot, cook to directions on box. More or less rice depending on how many. 2 cups should be good for 4 servings. Once the rice is done you can opt to add a little bit of butter if you like. (I do, but if you trying to cut out calories then opt out for the butter)

Second: In a frying on medium/high put your can of corned beef, and the can of cream of mushroom, do not add water. Use a fork or spatula to start to break up the corn beef, as it starts to mix in to the cream of mushroom you want to turn down the temperature so that it mixes together and makes a nice sauce.

Third: Place rice in a bowls, then pour the corn beef n mushroom sauce over the rice, serve and enjoy.
