How to Make a 15 Minute Gluten Free Pan Pizza Style

I have a teenage daughter who was always sick. We found out that she is gluten intolerant. Pizza’s are her favorite food! Here is a FAST PAN PIZZA style for those on the go that LOVE pizza. You will need three ingredients.

  • Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • Glutino pizza crust
  • All natural homemade Ragu pizza sauce
  • Oven
  • Microwave

The mini pizza’s must be kept frozen, so take one out and defrost it in the microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds. It should feel a little soft and still cold. Spread a nice healthy layer of pizza sauce over the top. I don’t like to grate the cheese, instead I slice the cheese very thin and lay it over the sauce. When your pizza is ready lay it on a pan and slide it into the oven for 5 minutes. Set your timer. Take it out after 5 minutes and reset the oven to broil. Put the pizza back in for another 5 minutes.

Gluten free breads are heavy like lead. If they are heated in the microwave, they can become hard and tough. Microwave only to defrost a little. The 5 minutes in the oven lets the sauces seep into the warming bread. Moving it to the broiler will melt and brown the cheese. It will come out perfect, and all within 15 minutes. Remember overheating the bread can make it tough and hard. The trick is the create a crispy outer and a soft inner.
