Take a deep breathe, recognized that there is always a solution and let the emotions go.
A wonderful Hawaiian practice works wonders. Take a deep breath through your nose count up to two then out through your mouth with a forceful “haaa”. You not only feel better but it actually makes you laugh. In addition, the louder the “haaa’ the better!

So periodically, throughout the day stop and pay attention to your thoughts. Are they positive or negative? Be aware of your thoughts if they are not pleasant recognize them and let them go. Turn your inner channel to a more positive one. Continue to do this each time you notice yourself falling back to your old way of thinking.
