Deliscious summer soup

This summer soup is very delicious, cheap and easy for preparation. Everybody enjoys eating it. The time for preparation is only an hour and ten minutes. It serves 5-6 people. I have learned this recipe from my grandmother who often prepares it when it is summer time.

Ingredients:

300 gr green bean

3 table spoons oil

6 green peppers

4 red tomatoes

6 middle sized potatoes

5-6 green onions

7-8 green plums

Parsley

Salt to taste

200 gr yellow cheese

Method of preparation:

The first thing one has to do is to clean the vegetables. Then wash them. Chop the onion finely. In a pot with hot and salted water add the oil, after that you have to add the onion. It is good the onion to be cut into pieces. After 10 minutes you can add the green bean. Boil the soup for 20-25 minutes and meanwhile prepare the potatoes. They have to be peeled and cut into small pieces. The next thing to do is to add the peeled and smashed tomatoes. After 5 minutes you can add the finely chopped peppers. At last you have to add the green plums. Cook for other 15-20 minutes. The finely chopped parsley has to be put into the soup a minute before the soup is ready. It is better to serve the soup cool with some grated yellow cheese and crumbs or croutons. Enjoy it!
