The Three Day Diet

Here is an easy diet that I have tried out. Do this diet once a week for it to work. The diet must be followed precisely in order to loose 4.5 KG in three days.

First, a few points that you must follow and know about:

  1. Drink at least three litres of water per day.
  2. DO NOT eat/drink after 21.00 in the evening.
  3. This diet works on a chemical breakdown process and is proven to work.
  4. DO NOT substitute or interchange food groups.
  5. Salt and pepper may be used but NO OTHER spices.
  6. This diet must be followed for three days at a time.
  7. You will lose 4.5 kg in three days.
  8. After three days of dieting you may eat normally again, but DO NOT OVERDO IT.
  9. You will lose 1.2 kg in two months if you stay on this diet without fail.
  10. Toast may not be spread with anything.
  11. Tuna, beans and beetroot may be frozen.
  12. Tuna in brine is better than in oil.
  13. After four days of normal eating, resume with the diet.

Here is the diet plan:

DAY ONE ( Tuesday)

BREAKFAST
Half grapefruit
1 slice of toast
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
Tea/coffee (black and bitter)

LUNCH
Half cup of tuna
1 slice of toast
Tea/coffee (black and bitter)

SUPPER
2 slices of cold meat
1 cup of green beans
Half cup of beetroot
1 small apple
Half cup of vanilla ice cream

DAY TWO (Wednesday)

BREAKFAST
Half banana
1 slice of toast
1 egg
Tea/coffee (black and bitter)

LUNCH
Half cup of cottage cheese
5 TUC biscuits (these are the cheddar biscuits)
Tea/coffee (black and bitter)

SUPPER
2 Viennas (frankfurters)
Half cup of broccoli
1 cup of carrots
Half banana
Half cup of vanilla ice cream

DAY THREE (Thursday)

BREAKFAST
1 piece of Cheddar cheese
5 TUC biscuits (cheddar biscuits)
1 small apple
Tea/coffee (black and bitter)

LUNCH
1 hard boiled egg
1 slice of toast
Tea/coffee (black and bitter)

SUPPER
Half cup of tuna
Half cup of beetroot
Half cup of broccoli
Half sweet melon
Half cup of vanilla ice cream

Stick to it and you will see the difference!
