Chocolate Chip Snack Cake

1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix

1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding

4 eggs

1 c. water

1/2 c. vegetable oil

1 (12 oz.) pkg. miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 (4 oz.) pkg. German sweet chocolate, grated and divided

Confectioners sugar


In a mixing bowl, combine first 5 ingredients and beat for 5 minutes. Stir in chips and half of the grated chocolate. Pour batter into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining grated chocolate while warm. Dust with confectioners sugar.
