Blackberry Curve Error Code List

The Blackberry Curve is a wonderful phone to both own and use. Being among one of the most popular one as well, it’s no surprise that folks from time to time have issues with their phone. Often these issues result in getting a Blackberry Curve error code and some people don’t know how to decode them. Here is a list of some of the more common JVM codes for the 8300 models.

101 – Internal JVM Errors in the OS.

102 – There is a problem with one or more .cod files.

103 – Address for .cod file cannot be found.

104 – Exception thrown by Java.

105 – OS API for the file system error.

106 – Graphic system error with the OS.

107, 108, 109 – Internal JVM Errors in the OS.

110 – Non-Idle runtime error occurred.

200 –  Uncaught exception thrown by application manager of the OS.

201 – Cryptography system failed on start up

202 – Key store attack has occurred.

203 – Application manager failed.

501 – Internal Errors.

502 – Last Java process terminated.

503, 504, 505 – Internal JVM Errors in the OS.

506 – Only live thread killed by error.

507 – Missing .cod file the OS cannot find.

508 – Invalid Object.

510 – System deadlock, all threads are being used.

511 – Problem occurred while debugging.

516 – Store id counter has reached it’s limit.

517 – Inconstancy found in store id counter.

518, 519, 520 – Internal JVM Errors in the OS.

522 – Two locks on an object occurred out of order.

523 – Critical Java process has died.

524 – Object marked as freed but space not collected by garbage collection.

525 – Bad persistent object.

526 – java.lang.Object definition not found.

527 – java.lang.String definition not found.

528 – File system has become corrupted.

529 – Corrupted file system has occurred.

530 – Internal JVM Error.

531 – Flash memory used up.

532 – JVM assertion violated.
